My background:
| grew up offa rural route, dirt road address in Minnesota. A child of the 70?s who biked around without
a helmet and mother?s arm was my seat belt in the front seat of the car. As the oldest, | was my
parents? extra hands for inside and outside chores. | was not raised with any stigmas of gender roles and
was never told | could not do something because | was a girl. When something needs to be done, you
do it. The family motto was and still is ?Whatever it Takes.?
| am proud to be a Veteran.
After graduating with a 8.A. in Liberal Studies from the College o f St. Benedict?s. | call it m y ?well-
rounded degree?, as | studied drafting, design, ergonomics, social studies, and art. M y love o f the
outdoors brought m e t o Montana in 1991 and then again in 1996. It is here, |!met m y husband Creek o f
26 years and counting. We have 5S grown children and recently became grandparents.
Career:
M y love for real estate started one random day when! was an energetic young mom, in m y first home
with a sledgehammer. One home improvement led t o another, and one house flip led t o another.
Twenty-six years later, 7 cross country moves, 32 real estate transactions, 16 property flips, 2
restaurant/bar flips, and co-owner and business manager o f Substations, Inc., from 2009-2017 has given
m e unique experiences and knowledge in rea! estate that | want t o share with buyers and sellers.
Hobbies:
So many things t o do, so little time. | enjoy many activities, the ones |

Keeping, Tree tapping and making maple syrup, Canning, Rosemaling, Woodworking, Antiquing,
Traveling, Fishing, and Big Game Hunting.
