Upper West side

UPPER WEST SIDE

The Upper West Side is known as Helena’s historic Mansion District. The homes here are classic, rare and ornate. Only separated from the South Central neighborhood by downtown’s charming Park Avenue, all of the amenities in the South Central area are walkable. Situated at the base of beautiful Mount Helena this area is graced with both gorgeous views and limitless adventure opportunities. The town’s very special and unique Reeder’s Alley is tucked into the neighborhood, as well as the gorgeous residential haven that is Reeder’s Village.

Upper East Side

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side area of Helena boasts gorgeous and breathtaking views of the entire valley and is conveniently close to several trail heads, including the South Hills Trail System leading to Mount Ascension. The gorgeous Montana State Capitol building is a grand feature here as is the Montana Historical Society. Also close by is St. Peter’s Health, many wonderful parks and the South Hills Disc Golf Course. Truly, a gorgeous place to be.

South Central

SOUTH CENTRAL

Helena’s South Central Neighborhood is home to many iconic mentions: Helena Civic Center, The Cathedral of Saint Helena, Last Chance Gulch and Downtown Walking Mall, and Firetower Park. Since this area is so close to downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, bakeries, shopping options and even the Farmer’s Market that are all just a short walk away. Great parks, trailheads, schools abound and both the Lewis and Clark County Public Library and Cinemark movie theater are located within this neighborhood. Most of the homes in this neighborhood are very historical and rich with stories and character. Very cool, unique homes, extreme walkability and endless options to explore right out your back door? South HIlls

SOUTH HILLS

Directly South of Helena and the Upper East Side, the hills overlook town. Most properties come with land to spread out the further into the hills you get. Close proximity to the Hospital and the newer South Hills town Center located on Interstate 15 Exit 190 onto Saddle Drive.

Lakeside

LAKESIDE

Covering the area from the Canyon Ferry shoreline, Hauser Lake and the loved Gates of the Mountains (Holter Lake). Living near the Missouri River or even Lake Helena, has many highlights for those looking to be near nature. You can find private homes or established neighborhoods to fit your personal needs.

North Central

NORTH CENTRAL

The North Central Neighborhood centers around Carroll College, a prestigious private liberal arts college with around 1,500 students. The campus borders Centennial Park, one of Helena’s largest parks complete with a dog park, skate park, and paved trail that is open to biking, roller blading, walking and jogging. What a great thing to have right in the backyard! The Bill Roberts, a 4-Star rated championship golf course also resides in this neighborhood providing a great place to hit the driving range, play a full round, and even cross country ski in the winter. Other great assets within the North Central neighborhood include: Last Chance Waterpark, YMCA, Lewis & Clark Brewing Company and the shiny new Snow Hop Brewery
